MarTec is led by Andy Collins, whose experience spans technical management and senior executive leadership within the maritime sector.
That background brings an understanding of both the decisions made at leadership level and the demands placed on the teams responsible for delivering them.
Andy’s approach is to listen to the people involved, understand the operational context and work through the issues with them. Commercial objectives, technical requirements and team responsibilities are considered together throughout the engagement.
How we work
We begin by discussing the challenge, the decisions you need to make and the support your team requires.
We then agree the scope, responsibilities and expected outputs, whether the assignment calls for a review, a defined project or an interim leadership role.
MarTec supports UK and international clients, with remote and on-site support agreed for each assignment. We work alongside your people and agree how progress, findings and recommendations will be shared.
We respect client confidentiality and approach commercially sensitive information with discretion.
